- On Android download from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.xbmc.kore&hl=en
- On Kodi go to Settings >> Services >>
- Enable Web Server
- Enable Remote control from other devices
- While Kodi is running on Windows, add Kodi device to Android
- Test and Profit!
